'The Nest' - Community Garden

Situated twenty minutes above the capital of Brussels, Mechelen is a city diverse with culture. With such a large amount of new citizens it is vital to provide an easy yet productive way to help integration within the community. 

 

’The Nest’ acts as a social hub for the use of locals and foreign arrivals alike. By providing the opportunity for a community garden along with supplies of tools, equipment and workshops, the pavilion marks the centre of Mechelen’s community. 

 

Created for use over the months of April - November, The Nest will be available for both private rental and demonstration evenings with access to running water and gas cooker.
